Sales & Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Initiate campaign strategies for bank products and services.
  • Initiate customer retention strategies and build new customers.
  • Resolve customer needs.

  • Recommend appropriate financial products or services to the customer.
  • Assist and support bank management in delivering customer services.

Requirements and skills:

  • 2+ years’ of sales experience (B2B)
  • 2+ years’ experience in the banking or the fintech industry
  • Conversational level of proficiency in English and Russian

Marketing Manager

The position includes focusing on managing the promotion of Fintech/payments products through marketing actions on the B2B side. User acquisition and marketing campaigns management. He/she is responsible for selecting the appropriate channels to improve a campaign’s performance based on set monthly budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a product marketing strategy that will help attract and retain customers in a competitive market
  • Build anticipation for product launches to increase user acquisition.
  • Drive the company’s media strategy and execute PR campaigns for brand awareness
  • Plan and manage social media and public relations campaigns
  • Build relationships and coordinate with external partners and agencies
  • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
  • Creating promotional activities
  • Writing and proofreading creative copy
  • Analyzing, interpreting, and presenting results to the Head of Marketing
     

Requirements and skills:

  • 2 – 3 years experience in digital & integrated marketing programs online (web/mobile).
  • Be interested in and/or understand the Fintech market.
  • Good understanding of social media and other digital channels including Affiliate Marketing, Display, PPC, SEO, and SEM.
  • Experience in affiliate management and media buying.
  • Organization and a competitive mindset are a must.

HR Manager/ Recruiter

We are looking to hire a dynamic HR professional to work with the management team on the implementation of a new robust HR function.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, propose and implement human resources strategies, guidelines and procedures within broad principles and policies to meet requirements supporting short and long-term business needs.
  • Work with managers to identify human resources problems/issues and provides leadership and support in finding solutions.
  • Organise and manage HR websites/portals for the search of potential candidates for the company.
  • Interviewing potential candidates and filtering them for further communication with the head of departments and management.
  • Work together with the senior management team to implement group policies and processes at the local level.

Requirements and skills:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English, Russain
